How Do We Help Solve The Problem ?

You May Ask Us How Do We Help Solve The Problem ?

Let’s face it; we alone are not going to solve the high recidivism rate among previously convicted felons. But together, we can start a ball rolling, and like a snow ball rolling down hill, our effort shall breed other efforts together and we can do something towards helping these forgotten people find a place in society…If not for their sakes, than for ours.

What it’s going to take is money….Lots and lots of money. On the other hand, if every inmate in America donated $5.00 to the cause, we’d have a bankroll of $11,500,000 to start the ball rolling. We know of course that is not going to happen….but what if all of us contributed $4.00, and each of our family members, and friends contributed $4.00? Before too long we’d have sufficient money to start helping freedom challenged people offset some of the expenses associated with obtaining an education. Scholarships and educational grants, and perhaps down the road even their offspring, will go a long way towards helping inmates not to re-offend.

We plan to do our level best towards creating a program that will provide such benefits to those who desire and education, and who are willing to put in the time and effort it takes to obtain an education. In that regard we have formed a not for profit organization. OUR PEOPLE WILL NOT EARN ANY PROFIT WHATSOEVER OUT OF THIS ENTITY. The funds will be exclusively used to provide educational scholarships, academic, technical, and professional to freedom challenged people throughout the United States, and administrate the program.

To make NEW HOPE SCHOLORSHIPS work we need your help.

Won’t you please donate any amount you can afford from $4.00 to $10.00, and ask that your family members and friends do the same? We have a 501(c)(3) application pending. Thus your contributions will be tax deductible.

Everyone who contributes to New Hope Scholarships will receive a certificate announcing their contribution to education of incarcerated individuals. For those inmates going to see Parole Boards in the not too distant future, such a certificate could prove very helpful indeed, towards demonstrating an awareness and participation in social responsibility.

Please contribute to this most worthy cause.
